Aloha means hello, and Oak Ridge said hello to a new school record for scoring Tuesday night in Honolulu, Hawaii. The team won 119-49 against Kailu in the opening round of the Iolani Classic, sponsored by Nike.

Six players reached double figures. Senior Niven Glover, who had a 360-degree slam dunk, scored 35 points and had six rebounds. Senior Kaleb Coleman scored 22 and had five steals. C.J. Walker finished with 16 points and nine rebounds. Lewis Jones had 15 points, all on three-pointers, and Jalen Smith scored 12 points and had eight assists. Senior guard Emmanuel Adedoyin had 11 assists to go with eight points.

The Pioneers advanced to play Westchester, a Los Angeles school. By our count, the team is riding a 19-game winning streak dating to last season, and the good times keep on rolling. On Monday, MaxPreps released its latest national rankings and Oak Ridge moved up to the No. 20 spot. Three teams competing at the Iolani Classic-Montverde Academy, Sierra Canyon and La Lumiere-are ranked ahead of the Pioneers.
