High School Musical Production left everyone smiling

The drama program will be performing their fall production of High School Musical on April 16, 17, and 18 at 7:30 pm and April 19 at 2:00 pm. General admission is $5 and V.I.P tickets are $8. Drama teacher Jory Peele and Chorus teacher Cara Lee have directed, choreographed and helped with the music involved.

“My favorite part was meeting new people and coming out of my comfort zone, you could say “Breaking Free”. One of my friends told me about it and I figured since I really liked the movie, why not, “ Cast member, Kaliyah Jordan said.

After working on and practicing for the musical since January, students are finally ready to perform.

“My favorite part is the cast. They’re amazing people since they’re all theatre geeks, and I’m a theatre geek!” Drama president and Cast member, Raul Duran said.
